How do I know my ring size?

Many of our rings are adjustable from size 10 to 18, so you will have no problem. To know your size, place your ring on a flat surface and measure its inner circle, from one end to the other passing through the center. with the measure that you have obtained, consult in our table which size of ring corresponds to you:

What is the size of the necklaces?

We are very fond of layering, that's why our Necklaces have different sizes. You will usually find them in 35 cm, 38 cm, 40 cm, or 50 cm with a 5 cm extension chain to keep the game going (50 cm Necklaces have a 3 cm extension). Anyway, do not hesitate to consult our product sheet where you can find the exact measurements and a photo so you can see how each piece of jewelry looks.

 

What is the size of the Bracelets?

Most of them are 14 cm long + 3.5 cm extension chain. But if you are in doubt, the exact length is shown on each jewel's product sheet. And if you want to get an idea of how it looks, remember that you can always see it in the second photo of our product file.

 

Can I add more characters to my Custom Jewelry?

We are sorry to say that it is not possible. At Singularu we take the design of our Jewelry very seriously and that is why we limit the number of characters in each personalized piece depending on the size of the piece.

 

What material are the Jewels made of?

Most of our Jewelry is either Sterling Silver with a Rhodium plating, or Sterling Silver with an 18k gold or rose gold plating. It’s important to note that thanks to the Rhodium plating, considered the most expensive metal in the world, we get a better appearance and longevity of our pieces.

On the other hand, due to our eagerness to innovate and want to reach the greatest number of people, we have introduced a new metal in our Jewels. It’s the Brass and we also plated it in Rhodium, 18kt Gold, or 18kt Rose Gold.

Anyway, to avoid any doubt, we have detailed the metal of each Jewel in the product sheet.

 

 

My favorite Jewelry is sold out, will it be available again? How do I take care of my Jewelry?

If the Jewelry appears as sold out, don't worry, you can select the "Notify me" button and we will send you an email as soon as it’s available again so that this time it won't escape you.

Singularu ships worldwide. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships? And, how much will cost the delivery?

EU COUNTRIES

  • Standar Shipping - 4,95€ 
    • The delivery time is 1 or 2 working days. If you place your order before 14:00, on a working day, your order will leave the same day. If you place your order after that time, it will be delivered the next working day. 
    • Orders placed on Friday or weekend, will leave on Monday.
    • Personalized Jewelry: Additional time of 5 to 7 working days for engraving jewelry and 7 to 9 for cutting jewelry.
    • Orders placed during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Sales, may take a little longer.

    NON EU COUNTRIES

    • Standar Shipping 15€ 
      • The delivery time is 3/4 working days. If you place your order before 14:00, on a working day, your order will leave the same day. If you place your order after that time, it will be delivered the next working day. 
      • Orders placed on Friday or weekend, will leave on Monday.
      • Personalized Jewelry: Additional time of 5 to 7 working days for engraving jewelry and 7 to 9 for cutting jewelry.
      • Orders placed during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Sales, may take a little longer.
      • Occasionally, shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. 

       

      What does the package you send me contain?

      - 1 Case for each jewel you have ordered (except for the Loose Earrings which you will receive grouped in pairs).

      - 1 Gift bag per order.

      - 1 Shipping box per order.

      *In addition, if you are buying several gifts you can add extra gift bags for 0.95€


      How do I know where my Jewelry is during shipping?

      Don't worry because you'll have everything under control! When your order is ready you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the courier company's website, from where you can follow your order at all times.


      What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

      HOW TO BUY

      Can I pay by cash on delivery?

      Our only forms of payment are credit or debit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay, as they are the safest forms.

       

      How can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?

      Check in your inbox that you have received an email confirming your order in Singularu. In case you do not have it, check that it is not in your SPAM folder or contact us at hello@singularu.com. 

       

      How do I use the discount codes?

      When you have chosen your Jewelry and go to buy it, you will see on the next screen, a box in which we will ask you if you have a discount code. Enter it and it will automatically reduce the amount of your purchase.

       

      Can I use several discount codes?

      It’s only possible to enter one discount code in each order. In our newsletter we indicate the available discount codes so that you can choose which one you prefer to use.

      If we have several promotions in force, they cannot be accumulated unless otherwise indicated. 

      In addition, promotions with second or subsequent unit discounts will always apply to the same or lower order amount. 

      The current promotions will not apply on the Jewels included in the “New-In” section, Céline and Bliss Collection. 

      The extra discount for December purchases, obtained with the purchases of the Black Friday campaign, will be of only one use per person.

       

      Does the Anti-Promotion Insurance always apply?

      We always apply it, except during the sales period (January/July) or during the Singles Day/Week, Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.

       

      Where do you have physical stores?

      At the moment in Valencia, Madrid, Zaragoza, Barcelona, Sevilla and Malaga, but we will open more soon!

       

       Is it possible to receive periodic information in my email with the latest news and offers from Singularu?

      Of course, you only have to register in our newsletter. You will find the subscription section at the end of this page. 

       

       

      RETURNS & EXCHANGE

      How long do I have to return or exchange my Jewelry?

      • You have 14 days starting from the day the order is delivered.
      • Custom-made personalized pieces cannot be returned.

       

      How do I make a return or exchange if I have bought online?

      In order to manage any change or return, you can send us an email to hello@singularu.com with your order number and the incident and we will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.

      How long does it take to pay for the return?

      You will receive an email notification from Singularu when we receive and process your return.
