SHIPPING 

General Information:
Singularu ships worldwide. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.

Exceptions: 
For logistical reasons shippings in next countries are not available for the moment:

    All the packages includes:
    • 1 Case for each jewel you have ordered (except for the Single Earrings which you will receive grouped in pairs).
    • 1 Gift bag per order.
    • 1 Shipping box per order (In addition, if you are buying several gifts you can add extra gift bags for 0.95€).

      DELIVERY TIMES

      EU COUNTRIES

      • Standar Shipping: 4,95€ 
        • The delivery time is 1 or 2 working days. If you place your order before 14:00, on a working day, your order will leave the same day. If you place your order after that time, it will be delivered the next working day. 
        • Orders placed on Friday or weekend, will leave on Monday.
        • Personalized Jewelry: Additional time of 5 to 7 working days for engraving jewelry and 7 to 9 for cutting jewelry.
        • Orders placed during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Sales, may take a little longer.

        NON EU COUNTRIES

        • Standar Shipping: 15€ 
          • The delivery time is 3/4 working days. If you place your order before 14:00, on a working day, your order will leave the same day. If you place your order after that time, it will be delivered the next working day. 
          • Orders placed on Friday or weekend, will leave on Monday.
          • Personalized Jewelry: Additional time of 5 to 7 working days for engraving jewelry and 7 to 9 for cutting jewelry.
          • Orders placed during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Sales, may take a little longer.
          • Occasionally, shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. 

          RETURNS & EXCHANGE

          You have 14 days starting from the day the order is delivered. In order to manage any change or return, you can send us an email to hello@singularu.com with your order number and the incident and we will be happy to assist you as soon as possible. Our Customer Support team will explain you the process and give you the information about the corresponding costs.

          Custom-made personalized pieces cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.
